Group Bookings

Special conditions apply for groups. Promotional codes are not applicable on requests for more than 4 rooms. Please contact the booking service for further information: reservation@hotelnoailles.com

Guarantee

Bookings should be guaranteed with a valid credit card (numbers, date and cryptogram), or with the payment in advance of all the charges.

A credit card will be asked for guarantee at check in. For more information, please contact the hotel.

No show

In case of a no-show at the hotel, the first night of the booking amount will be charged.

Flexible terms

Flexible terms 1
A credit card number is required upon reservation as a guarantee.
Free cancellation until the arrival date (before 12H00pm).
In case of late cancellation, late modification, no-show or anticipated departure, the first night of the stay will be charged.

A credit card number is required upon reservation as a guarantee.
Free cancellation until 02,00pm on the arrival date.
In case of late cancellation, late modification, no-show or anticipated departure, the first night of the stay will be charged.

Non-Cancellable, non-refundable terms

Prepayment of the full amount of the stay upon reservation.
As soon as the reservation is made, no modification can be done and the prepayment is non refundable.
This prepayment is not refundable in the event of cancellation, change of dates of stay or no-show.

Relocation

In the event of a force majeure event, the establishment reserves the right to accommodate all or some guests in a nearby hotel of an equivalent category and services, with the related transfer costs borne by the establishment, which cannot be held liable for any further compensation.
